Known for original handmade jewellery that provokes spontaneous conversation amongst strangers, stannard-inc is a Sydney-based indie fashion label producing men's and women's accessories that meld classic jewellery design with cutting-edge street style.

Launching the fashion forward label at Sydney's Paddington Markets way back in 1999, stannard-inc has established a strong following in the local fashion accessories market. Wholly designed and hand-crafted in Australia, our unusual pieces have been featured in popular street mags across the country and have been sought out by stylists for use in fashion shoots & music videos.

Head Turners and Hot Sellers include our Plumage collection (Feather Jewellery range), which includes Feather Earrings, Feather Necklaces, and other feathery inspirations. A close second is our 'Word on the Street' collection which includes the cool, unisex ‘lover not a fighter’ cuff for the pacifists out there.

    Claire Suzy Stannard is the creative force behind the Sydney label, designing, sourcing materials for, and creating each item of jewellery - making them all unique and individual pieces - strictly limited edition you might say. Newly designed fashion accessories are photographed and added to the site regularly and while we do have seasonally inspired pieces from time to time, we do not adhere to the traditional summer/winter collection releases of most labels.

    Claire studied Visual Arts at Sydney University, was finalist in the Powerhouse Museum Young Designer of the Year Awards & has participated in both solo & group exhibitions in and around Sydney.
